Oversized & Heavy Items
Oversized and heavy items may be subject to additional shipping charges due to restrictions on weight, size, freight costs and/or carrier surcharges. Our shipping system is unable to calculate shipping costs properly so we suggest you contact us for an accurate shipping quote prior to placing your order. If funds are due, your order will not be processed until all payments have been received.
We will do our best to keep our stock up to date, but in case we have an inaccuracy in our system and your order is actually out of stock, we will contact you straight away and arrange an exchange that you are happy with or a full refund will be issued.
When purchasing from Card Experiment you are protected by our 30 days money back guarantee. You must report damaged goods to us within 7 days of receiving a package. We will only accept the return of items if they are damaged or have been sent to you in error. If you are returning an item because it is damaged or because of an error on our part we will be happy, where applicable, to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and provide you with an address for return of the goods. Merchandise must be returned in unused, unopened condition with all original components.
